利用規約 / Terms of Service

本規約は、当社のオンラインコンサルティングサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

These Terms set the conditions for using our online consulting service.

1｜本サービスの内容 / Description of Service

本サービスは、オンライン通話を通じてベトナム滞在に関する一般的な情報提供および生活支援アドバイスを行います。旅行の手配・代理・媒介・ビザ申請代行・不動産仲介などは一切行いません。 必要に応じて第三者（現地事業者等）を紹介することがありますが、契約はお客様と当該事業者間で直接成立し、当社はその契約の当事者・代理人ではありません。

We provide general consulting and lifestyle information about staying in Vietnam. We do not act as a travel agent, visa agent, or real estate broker. When we introduce third-party providers, any contract is directly between you and the provider.

2｜契約成立 / Agreement

申込ページで手続・決済が完了した時点で契約成立となります。初回日程は双方で調整します。

The agreement is formed once payment is completed; the first session date is set by mutual scheduling.

3｜支払方法 / Payment

クレジットカード（Stripe / KOMOJU）、または銀行振込（Wise等）に対応しています。支払確認後にサービス提供準備を開始します。

Payment via Credit Card (Stripe / KOMOJU) or bank transfer (Wise). Service starts after payment confirmation.

4｜キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation & Refund

本サービスはオーダーメイドの役務提供となるため、コンサルティングの進捗状況に応じて以下のキャンセル料規定が適用されます。

  1. 初回面談前： 事務手数料（30,000円）を除いた額を返金

  2. プラン提案前： 代金の50%を返金

  3. プラン提案後・渡航前： 代金の20%を返金

  4. 渡航後： 返金不可 ※詳細は当社ウェブサイト「特定商取引法に基づく表記」をご確認ください。なお、当社都合によりサービスを提供できない場合は全額返金いたします。

Since this is a custom-made service, cancellation fees apply based on progress:

  1. Before 1st session: Refund minus setup fee (30,000 JPY).

  2. Before plan proposal: 50% refund.

  3. After plan proposal: 20% refund.

  4. After arrival: No refund. *See "Legal" page for details. Full refund applies if we cannot provide the service.

5｜クーリングオフ適用除外 / Cooling-off Exemption

本サービスは特定商取引法上の「通信販売」に該当するため、クーリング・オフ制度（無条件解約）は適用されません。解約・返金については上記「キャンセル・返金」の規定が適用されます。

This service is classified as "distance selling" (online consulting) under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and is not subject to the cooling-off system. Cancellations follow the policy stated above.

6｜禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct

  • 虚偽情報の提供

  • 誹謗中傷や迷惑行為

  • 無断での録音・録画・共有（事前同意がある場合を除く）

  • 営業妨害

No false information, defamation, harassment, unauthorized recording/sharing, or interference with our operations.

7｜免責事項 / Disclaimer

当社は情報の正確性に努めますが、成果を保証しません。 渡航・滞在・医療・事故・犯罪等に起因する損害については責任を負いません。 第三者（交通・宿泊・行政機関等）の対応に起因する損害も同様です。

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee outcomes. We are not liable for losses arising from travel, stays, health, theft, or third-party actions.

8｜知的財産 / Intellectual Property

提供資料・映像・音声・コンテンツ等の著作権は当社に帰属します。 無断転載・複製・共有を禁止します。

All materials and media provided are owned by us. Unauthorized copying or sharing is prohibited.

9｜準拠法・管轄 / Governing Law

本規約はシンガポール法に準拠し、紛争はシンガポールの裁判所を専属管轄とします。

This Agreement is governed by Singapore law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Singapore courts.
